The Mayfair at Turtle Creek

The Mayfair is in a great Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn location, and when you walk in you can just feel how established and well cared for it is. It's like walking into the lobby of a five-star hotel that's elegant but not trying too hard to be flashy. It was built in the late 90s, so it has solid construction, good layouts, and units that actually feel like homes instead of cookie cutter apartments. Most condos have big windows, great natural light, and really nice views of either the skyline or Turtle Creek.

The best part of The Mayfair for many residents is the long list of amenities. There is a 24 hour concierge and valet, which sounds like a small thing but ends up being super convenient day to day. Packages, guests, parking, all of that just feels easier. The resort-style pool deck and hot tub are great when the weather is nice. The rooftop game room and Sky Club have amazing views and are perfect for hosting friends or just watching the sunset with a glass of wine. There is also a fitness center, business center, and more great community spaces which make the building feel social but not noisy.

The Mayfair is right next to Turtle Creek Park, so it is easy to get outside for walks, runs, or just some fresh air. The Mayfair is a pet-friendly building and dog owners love having a big park right outside their front door. The area is very walkable, with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby, especially in Oak Lawn and Uptown. The Katy Trail is close by too, which is great if you like biking or longer walks. It is the kind of place where you feel settled pretty quickly, and most residents wouldn't hesitate recommending it.
